spaces, which can be set to accommodate both general sessions and breakout
meetings. We offer room sets in banquet rounds, crescent style rounds,
classroom tables, and theater style seating.

local audio visual company, Advanced Media Solutions, to offer top of the line
AV services.
Your assigned Fredericksburg Convention Center Event Coordinator will help
with the selection of AV equipment, food and beverage items, and determining
the space and layout to best suit your needs.
